My Mission
I’ve been a successful entrepreneur since 1991, honing my business, sales and relationship building skills. I initially owned several record retail stores in Indiana and became a real estate broker in Louisville, Kentucky in 2006.
I’ve always been passionate about real estate as well as NYC. Working with Nest Seekers International I get to work both passions at the same time!
Living and working in NYC for the past 10 years I have developed a deep knowledge of every aspect of the city including the geography, personalities, locations and significance of all of the neighborhoods in Manhattan.
This knowledge and familiarity makes me an excellent partner and advocate for helping you make the right choice for a home here based on your individual needs. I bring a high level of dedication and credibility to each transaction and have earned the loyalty of clients who’ve trusted me for years. I was honored to be named one of the top 5 individual rental agents in Manhattan in the fall of 2021.
“I’ll be your guide to NYC, from properties that meet your needs to communities that fit your lifestyle. My goal is to educate you while walking you through the steps of the process, sharing my love of the city and having a great time along the way.”
Having done rental and purchase transactions in all building types, I understand the processes involved and can guide you through any transaction.
Originally from Southern Indiana, I attended Ball State University. I currently livesin Murray Hill and engaged to mybest friend Sheryl, with five boys between us and two dogs we like to spoil. I’m an avid collector of vinyl records and love music of most kinds.
Simultaneous to my real estate career, I created Citiview Publications in 2010, a business operating in the hospitality and travel industries providing luxury hardcover books for in-room placement that suggested high-quality retail, restaurants, museums and entertainment to out-of-town visitors. This was supplemented by a full-service digital media component with videos, reviews, etc. of their advertising partners. Books were published in New York and placed in more than 20,000 guest rooms across Manhattan, as well as four other major cities.
